WORKERS' COMPENSATION AGENCY UPDATE
The Michigan Workers’ Disability Compensation Agency is extending the closure of all hearing sites until July 12, 2021.
No in-person hearings can take place during this time and cases will continued to be adjourned to a new date after that time. Telephonic communications
will continue but no trials requiring testimony will be docketed. We will continue to monitor changes or updates provided by the State of Michigan regarding getting our clients cases heard by the Workers’ Compensation Agency.
